After project managing the delivering of a new new modular build 27 bed ward and open plan office space for 100 staff, Zebrazoo Consulting’s lead consultant Sean Mullineux project managed the setup of the office space and migration of staff over 3 waves from various areas of the hospital into the new open plan office.
