Zebrazoo Consulting is a change management consultancy specialising in project or programme management.
Since our formation in 2002 we have helped a range of private and public sector businesses translate key elements of their strategic plans into clear and benefit-focussed change initiatives. We have then, in partnership with our clients, project or programme managed these change initiatives through to completion.
Our philosophy of pragmatic solution delivery is built on a flexible delivery model that supports achieving the change initiatives using either the client’s resources, our trusted network of specialist associates or, a combination of both.
