Delivery Model
Our business delivery model is based on a two-tier framework:
- Tier 1: a set of core in-house competencies
- Tier 2: a dedicated associate support network providing either additional/scalable resources or specialist services e.g. international site selection services
As a specialist Change Management consultancy we offer bespoke strategic consultancy services, programme management services and project management of the entire project lifecycle, i.e. initiation, planning, delivery and closure.
We are able to plan and execute change working only with the client’s staff, or we can draw on an associate network of cost-effective skilled individuals, or specialist companies, to deliver specific elements of a project where the client does not have staff with the necessary skill set.
